Over the last 3 weeks I have stopped in the Union McDonalds for food and ordered Tea and Milkshakes. Every time I was told the ice cream machine is broken. There also was no tea . What is the issue with the ice cream machine being replaced or repaired and why is there no tea? This McDonalds clearly has a Management deficiency and the customers expecting the excellence in Mc Donald’s service of other locations are being left dissatisfied at the Union location. Union Mc Donald’s you can do better!
