Three times I've stopped by after 8 for a shake. 1st time only one flavor available, 2nd time machine wasn't working and 3rd time (a few days ago) no one answered when I was at the menu board & I sat there 5 or 10 minutes. Pulled up to the window, lights are all on, but I don't see the first person in the 5 minutes I sat there. Needless to say Sonic received my business that night. This Arby's was spectacular when they first opened but the last year or so it seems to be going downhill.

Shared a nice lunch with my mother. It was busy but moved smoothly. I was able to carry on a nice conversation with my mom and we didn't have a long wait for our food. Good experience.
