I ordered a number nine three-piece chicken strip. Went through drive-thru to place my order. I had to return because they never put my French fries in my combo. What all I can say is I got a severe case of diarrhea after eating most likely it's from the grease that's used to cook the food in

Dirty, VERY DIRTY, shouldn't have eaten the food, but I was starving. Overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, I can only imagine the back. Employees touched their faces and didn't change gloves before touching food, many touched food without gloves, and chicken wasn't under warmers. Disgusting!

Waited no service no acknowledgment that we were there looked at us and turned their heads and kept waiting on drive thru never said nothing after about 10-15 minutes we left and went to Zaxby’s.

The dining room was closed. Drive through was extremely slow. I asked for cream with my coffee. Didn't receive it and had to awkwardly walk back to the drive in to get the creamer. Not a great experience.
