Ordered a meal special sandwich with a Coke, nuggets, and onion rings.Window --No drink order, sandwich was wrong.The Whole order was wrong!Then looks at me like AM I the one who was pushing/inputting the order as I spoke it out to her after being asked to hold another 6-8 minutes once I actually got to where I could place my order to begin with.Food-- burger was wrongNo friesOnion rings were cold and hardChicken nuggets were also cold and hard.Total time waiting to order, wait to order, place my order, finally get to the window and Mgr at window, girl with head set at counter. Tell her again what I ordered. Told her I'd pay for the Coke, asked for ketchup several times told it was in the bag. Which, it was not, ended up having to ask 3 times for ketchup and napkins.Spent a Total of Over 45 MINUTES! To End up Not being able to EAT, and order was NOT what I ordered and wrong.I Hope it improves!

I went to Burger King this afternoon. Food was good other than the cookies were hard and cold. Service wasn’t great. Before I handed the girl my debit card I gave her a coupon (which was the only reason I even went to Burger King ) and when I got my receipt she charged me the full amount, kept the coupon but didn’t honor it. When I told her she didn’t put in the coupon she said it was too late but could give me the coupon back. Which is ridiculous. Don’t send coupons in the mail if you won’t even honor it .

All these one stars make no sense, for me, i went in asked for my food, waited 3-5 min for it and when it was done it was nice and hot, ready to go plus the cashiers were nice.
Slowest service ever experienced at any "fast food" estsblishment. No other customers in the store. Almost ten minutes, before we watched the trainee ?? assemble our 2 burgers, while other two staff watched. Cool meat, cheese not even melted. Avoid !
Burgers weren't fully cooked,onion rings were soggy the fries seemed slimy, the staff was like watching the show the three
