I wasn't sure what I wanted so the waitress suggested Philly Cheesesteak Fries...and omgoodness they were so delicious. I've gone back and upped my game and added Alfredo sauce to them...EVEN BETTER!!!! So if you aren't sure what you want go in and try the Philly Cheesesteak fries, or even better Philly Alfredo fries...YUMMY!!!!

If you’re on the highway, this is your place to stop for lunch/dinner. The food was delicious, the pizza was great, and everything was served hot (still steaming from the kitchen) - would definitely recommend for travelers needing a bit small-town flavor.

I grew up in a lovely NY/NJ based Italian-American community. I have lived in Italy… and what is being represented as Italian food is this place saddens me. Food took over an hour to be delivered (its 8 minutes away from the hotel), they only brought a partial order, no utensils were provided, and the customer service can best be described as lackadaisical. Very disappointed in the overall experience. I normally try not to be a harsh judge, but when I have to contact a restaurant multiple times for an ETA and upon receipt, the order is incomplete and/or incorrect, that is unsat.

Food is good when it arrives hot but the lag 5-6 times Iv ordered there pizza has been like warm at best but usually downright cold prices keep going up and the delivery time takes nearly 1.5 hours everytime ordering. Dont think I will be ordering food from here anymore sucks bc this place use to be really

Got door dash, realized I put my work address instead of home address. Called Castillo's & they were able to call the driver and reroute my order. The tiramisu was off the charts as well as wings. Thank you so

Food was awesome...but service is hit and miss at best. They were short staffed the day I dined in...like most restaurants these days...but the workers that were there were working extremely hard to push out orders... unfortunately it's not the first time that my order was severely delayed thus the low rating.
We had a large order for delivery in Cottageville on a Friday night and the food showed up hot, fresh and faster than expected. They even called to let me know it was on the way. Nicest staff in town!

I can’t give a review on the food because I never received it. I placed an order online waited almost an hour and 45 minutes and my food never came when you spend over $35 for one pizza on a delivery you think people would take initiative and make it a priority, when I called, the lady was very unhelpful unprofessional I’m sure this restaurant is great but if you’re looking for convenience or to get what you paid for this restaurant is not your go to
