They are very slack here.no consideration for customer's they talk in back more than they work everyone should be fired here and staff with a manager that make sure employees are working

We had an hour wait in line and then was told to pull to the front and have been waiting an hour out front for 3 pepperoni pizzas was told 20 mins ago the last one was coming out the oven and still no pizza the man in front of us was told he couldn't get a refund because his pizzas were already being made. The slogan for little Caesars is "HOT N READY" it definitely needs to be changed. This will be our last time eating here. The new manager is really sweet I met her on her first day there and she was amazing but an all together 2 hour wait for 3 pepperoni pizzas is ridiculous.

WOW! I am sooooo impressed with the changes that are being made for this store! I met Saia, the new manager and she is so articulate and friendly! I can even see a difference in the employees there. Their entire attitude has changed! The store is really clean ❣️The service is outstanding now! I love the atmosphere ? And the pizza...well it's always going to be my favorite! The improvements are amazing! Thank you! You need more people like Saia to oversee your stores! I will be a customer as long as she is there!!!

Lady at the counter had the worst attitude. Couldn’t keep her hands out of her braids long enough to smile. Told I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because they have nothing ready. I’m ok with that but say it with a smile at least. Worst store ever. If I hadn’t already paid I’d leave.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. My fiancé and I walked up at 8:15pm and a lady gets out of her car I’m assuming it’s a manager or key holder because they walked in front of us no apology no nothing and said We closed! And locked the door and went back into their car. How can you say you are closed when the lights are on in the store and the open sign is lit up. And how can you say you are closed when online it says the store is open until 10 p.m. I would’ve been more understanding if she had said they were short staffed or if there was a sign on the door about being short staffed, and we are closing early. Unfortunately, she did not, and was very rude to us. To make matters worse, I called corporate. And they sent me to customer service line. And I had been on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered me. I’m not one to complain to corporate, but she was very rude and all we were trying to do was get some pizza for the night.

Got here around 5:55 to get one 3 meat and a cheese bread. It took them 35minutes to get me my food!!!!! And 2 ladies are so busy talking from the back! When I asked them where’s my order, they told me that it they still cook it in the oven! Are you serious?!!! There’s like 11 customers already ahead of me who got their order straight from the counter. This place suck! Excuse my language.

Waited a hour and half for three pizzas got home and none of then had sauce on them instead they sent a container of sauce with the pizzas, worse pizza place ever never coming back!!Edit: sat another hour just for them to tell us they was just gonna give us our money back instead of remaking them

Fast food, when you're finally able to put in your order. Obviously understaffed as the cashier alternates between drive thru duty, supervising the back and cashiering at the front. Expect to be here at least 15 minutes, if you're ordering anything more than the basics.
