Ordered online, carry out. Mobile website stated that my store was closed for carry out until 4:00pm and prompted me to choose a pick up time. I chose 4:00pm and continued checkout process, paid online, etc. Arrived at store around 4:15pm to pick up my order but no one was there and the doors were locked. Called the local store phone number which stated the store was closed. Called Pizza Hut customer service line and spent 15 minutes on the phone with them but they could not help me. She stated someone would call me in 1-2 days. My debit card was charged $49.19 and no food.

I haven't been here in a while, but what I ordered was really good. The distribution of toppings was good. The pizza was cooked well and not doughy. The facility definitely needs some TLC because it isn't aesthetically pleasing. If you order from the app, you will receive better deals.

I have been ordering from Pizza a hut for years and tonight is officially my last night dealing with them. I placed an order then was placed on hold for almost an hour just to make a payment. I call back and an employee said they are closed and not sure why I was on hold for long.i explained the situation then she says they got busy. So yall got busy right before closing? Smdh

Pizza was cooked very well and they gave us plenty of things we needed. Too bad the dining room isn't open but Covid has ruined everything!

I placed an online order at 1:28 PM to pick up at 7:15 PM. I chose curbside/no contact pick up… I paid for my order online. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 PM and called to let them know that I was there for curbside pick up. After being on hold for 10 minutes I finally went into the restaurant to let them know I was waiting for my curbside pick up. By the time the lady got off the phone I had been on hold for almost 15 minutes. I turned my phone and showed her how long I was on hold. She looked at my order and couldn’t find it. By now it was 25 minutes past my pick up time. She passed me to another employee who finally found my order and said that the order had been canceled at 2:15 PM. I told her no one called me and I didn’t called them to cancel my order. She offered to redo my order if I wanted to wait 15 minutes. But then it would be in 45 minutes past my pick up time. She said they would have to re-charge me because my charge had been credited back to my charge card. I told her for the inconvenience that I shouldn’t be charged anything and she told me that they could not do that. So, I left the restaurant with no pizza.

Pizza was great. I just wish the inside dinning area was open. We had to sit on the curve sence we were traveling.

It is hard to give a rating when you place an order for your supper and you are called back as you are walking out the door to pick it up and they call you to tell you they are closing due to an emergency. The emergency could very likely be valid but I cannot give a fair rating as I was unable to be served.

Called in to place an order, asked what the specials were. I was immediately placed on hold (person never asked me to hold). I waited for 10 minutes. Someone would pickup (would not speak) and place me back on hold. Very unprofessional. If you are busy just say that! Needless to say I took my business to Papa John’s where I received much better customer service.

We put in an online order to be picked up at 8:30pm. We received a call at 8:20 asking if we were still coming to pick up our order. We responded of course and mentioned that we scheduled it for 8:30 and they kindly explained that the store actually closes at 8pm. The employees offered to stay at the store so that we could still get our food, we rushed as much as we could from our location (Walmart...and we know how those checkout lines are!) so it ended up being around 8:40 when we got there. We were met with friendly smiles, great service, hot pizzas and everything was correct. This experience has stuck with us and we are loyal customers now. Thank you so much, we cannot wait to visit again!
