They were closed. I was driving south and this was the last Popeyes stop for about 100 miles. I drove 45 minutes extra to eat here and at 11:10AM on Monday March 11, they are closed. Slack management. Will not stop again.

Ordered on the app and was told I had to go inside the store for pickup when I chose drive thru. Upon stepping inside, I was informed they ran out of all sides except mash potato. When I requested a refund, I was told I couldn’t get one because I paid with Apple Pay. So I ended up with 4 sides of mash that I didn’t want. The cherry on top was waiting 30 minutes for my food and the chicken came out burnt. Never eating here again.
Order a 12 family meal dark they gave me 8 white no strawberry biscuits wrong sides and then they. want answer the phone it has been 4 days who is going to hold on to old any longer

Terrible experience, people are rude that work here.
First time for us at this franchise, we had heard good comments so we wanted to give it a try, we usually go to Chick-Fill-A! The chicken was very gooey, super fatty, drippy, almost inedible. The biscuit roll is a horror with a taste of yeast and flour. Very disgusted and more difficult to get explanations on the menu and good service with the people behind the counter.

I waited at the drive menu for over six minutes, then when someone finally came the person was very rude after I made my order I went around to pick it up they said they would have to make me pull to the side and wait while it was being cooked so I did I waited about another 7 or 8 minutes then they come outside and tell me they don't have any. So I waited almost 20 minutes for them to come and tell me that. Two employees was very rude to me, also.

I took a small bite of this chicken not realizing blood was in the bottom of the bag because of it not being completely cooked. Chicken breast was disgusting and my son actually had to vomit. This was horrible after a 10 hour work day. I will be contacting cooperate because this could have ended very badly.

Good food but staff needs work. Orders constantly get messed up for the prices you pay for your food. Long waits for big orders while they get all the small orders out first. Nice staff and managers. But they should’ve made this restaurant twice the size so that they can keep up with the orders.
