Walked up hungry stood there for like 7 minutes no one was in line. Guy behind the counter just kept walking from the feont to the back.. He never greeted me or asked me to hold on while he finished doing what he was doing. Just started at me when he came back and said absolutely nothing to me so I left.

This is the tiniest sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a Subway. Slow service, the person making my sandwich, mashed the bread down, mashed all the veggies, just mashed them all them up in his fist. Very strange. Bread was stale. Just skip it.

Lately Ive been loving the steak and cheese. We were in and out no real wait. The sandwich was ok just a little too much sauce. We were traveling so I don't frequent this subway often. Very convenient and clean.

2nd time in a row my online order was super late. I arrived 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready & I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my subs. And on top of that they gave me the wrong sub! Do NOT go here if you are pressed for time and you like good customer service.

Horrible experience. There were 2 people working and I was the only one standing in line, waiting for the rest of my family to join me (in the restroom). No other customers were in the restaurant. The first female staff asked if I wanted to order and I said I was waiting on my family and was still deciding. After the rest of my family joined me, I told staff that we were ready. The second female staff stared at us and did not respond. The first female staff cleaned off the counter. We waited patiently and more customers lined up behind us. Neither responded. After waiting longer, I said once more that we were ready to order. Both staff ignored us and didn’t respond. I stared at my husband in disbelief. No acknowledgment, no eye contact, no customer service. Unbelievable. We left immediately,

Your store is located in a truck stop it’s the only place to eat off this exit off the interstate and your sign says open till 11 and everything was out and looked like you were open at 8:30pm and your employee was very rude telling me you’re closed. Your house are posted and your lights are on and your sign says open so… you should be open the hours you say you’re gonna be open!!!!

If I could do less 1 star, then I would. This is THE 2nd TIME I've been to this restaurant & there's no customer service worth cussing for!!! The gentleman had to "find knives"..... IT WAS 542PM!!!! People started lining up & he never greeted them!!! Food was not prepped on line & the atmosphere was less than sub par. I definitelyam placing video of experience on my vlog!!!!

Love subway. This franchise store faces a labor competence challenge with one worker. Ordered a foot-long cold cut sub. The worker putting the sandwich together assured me the meat was a new blended version of multiple meats that make up the sub and not Bologna. It turns out it was just Bologna.
