This was the absolute worst experience I have had at Bojangles. First off I didn’t receive an item I ordered. The food was cold and the rice was dry and looked like it had been sitting there for the whole day. The wait in the line was 15 mins and there was only one car in front of me. The young lady at the door was acting as if there were playing in the back like children. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this location

THE WORST PLACE EVER. NOT ONE Employee GREETED ME. Both Of My Biscuits Were Hard As Rocks. The Chicken Tasted Stale.AND My Bo Sandwich Barely Had Any Mayo. Terrible EVERYTHING

It was 2 pm today. Everyone in the front of this place should be fired. The cashier gave attitude from the start. The other girl kept trying to talk for her because she was so bad! I’d give this place a -1 if I could. I placed an order and the girl said she didn’t have enough to fill my order. I told her I can see 10 times as much. In the warmers. She was very displeased. After she boxed it up and rang it up it was $16.00 more than it should have been. I asked about it she said it was taxes. Then said it was because the price is higher than the board said. But they didn’t honer the posted prices. And the company will not send a new oneIf this was the last place on the island with a sandwich on Daniel Island, I’d not go there again!!
I eat here often and I am never disappointed, the staff are amazing and willing to accommodate. The store is always clean and the food is always fresh. ? ?

I love the Bojangles on Clements Ferry Road. The chicken is never hard, and the coleslaw Mac'n' cheese and rice are slamming!!!!! They're so friendly there, and the place is ways clean.
They kept my debit card(which I understand accidents happen). The problem is when I tried to call back they either didn't pick up or they yelled into the phone and then hung up on me.

They changed their time to 5:30 AM and they’re still not ready for customers at 5:30. This is a busy road that has a lot of companies. so it’s a high in traffic where people work and try to grab a quick meal before going in but can’t because they’re still not open. so if you need more time as a staff come in at 5am to be ready at 5:30 , not 5:45 and still have to wait for them to prep.
This bojangles is so hit or miss!! Sometimes I have great food and bad service. Bad service and bad food, good service and bad food, good service and good food. Usually the food is pretty solid! My most recent encounter has forced me to not go back though, ordered my food and the person forgot she took my order from the speaker to the window. When arriving to the window she said “I didn’t take your order?” When I told her she did, and what I got she said “oh”. Her eyes were completely blood shot, and the workers were rude and having a completely separate conversation on the side with the window open. My food was also wrong, as I ordered the sandwich plain and sauce on the side.

I arrived at bojangles at around 9:20ish, (pm) the woman working the drive thru laughed at me and told me they were closed. I asked if they closed at 10 because that is what the website says and I come here often, but both employees working were very rude and were cursing at each other while the window was open. Super unprofessional and if they were truly closed why were they just standing by the window?

Horrible. Just drive across the bridge where you’ll get the right food, in the correct portions in decent condition. There’s a reason this place has and never will break 4 stars. It’s not worth losing your money and still being hungry.
