I just stopped by to get a steak biscuit combo with fries and my biscuit was soggy and my fries were covered in grease. Most of the biscuit was unedible and the fries were a 100% unedible.I am going to return the food as soon as I leave the location.I am at because I got it on the way somewhere this morning. Stopped here to pick up two dinners for my husband and I ! Got home 5 minutes later the chicken was barely even warm and the thighs looked more like chicken backs , I normally don't do drive thru because that's normally who gets the old food instead of them just throwing it away! The young man didn't give me a receipt so I asked for one , when I called back to complain no one even answered the phone! We have been Big Fans of Bojangles for years but enough is enough and to have wasted $17 is even worse! I will cook from now on! My husband always told me there are two ppl you don't mess with, that's your Doctor and the cook so no way I would ever try to take it back for a replacement. Really, Really disappointed! Dinner was ruined and had to be trashed! SMDH ! Hot Mess ! Do better or stop coming to work! Check out these dried out almost cold what supposed to be chicken thighs! Come on now !

When I want tasty hot biscuits, I go to Bojangles. The irresistible smell of their signature seasoned chicken and newly baked biscuits hits you as soon as you walk in. Their famous Cajun-spiced chicken and hearty breakfast rolls are just a few of the delicious things on the menu. You can taste the care that went into making each bite. It's always a pleasure to visit because the staff is always helpful and friendly. It doesn't matter if you're in a hurry or want to take your time with breakfast at Bojangles. I really recommend this place!

My husband tried to go to this location to get the rice bowls we had seen advertised. First, he asked if they had the bowls and he could hear people in the background (not the woman taking the order) moaning and complaining about him asking a question. Then when the order taker asked him if he wanted grilled or supreme chicken on the bowl and he asked what supreme chicken was he heard someone yelling very clearly "Dude, what the f--- is wrong with this guy?" He ended up NOT getting anything. The food at Bojangles is nowhere near good enough to put up with this kind of abuse when all you are trying to do is order some chicken. It seems like employee attitude is a BIG problem at this location and we will definitely not be back.

Paid in the drive- thru, then waited 30 minutes for my food.When it finally came, they were out of a side, and brought one I didn't order.
