absolute worst chick fi la in columbia, i would go anywhere else. store managers are lazy and the doordash driver policy for drive thru is insane. Time is money but those managers don’t care as long as they don’t have to deal with the stress of a busy indoor environment and can force their workers to be running orders in the heat. Overall a horrible system. Manager was dismissive when asked about this policy and just said “we can choose to do it this way”. yes you can, but the risk of accidents in the drive through gets higher and if every other chick fi la can manage, i think yall can too. won’t be coming back.

The meat is processed chicken, and that's really bad for you. Go to Rushes. They have real chicken breast on their sandwich.

This is the 2nd day in the row they messed up orders. I’ve been to other stores and never had this issue. We order multiple things at work and either items are missing or substituted. Example, instead of getting fries with the 4 meals they gave us 2 bags of chips. As you can see this says no tomatoes but I open it and 2 nice size tomatoes are plopped on the sandwich. Allergies, but hey I guess they don’t care. I’ll just go to the other location moving forward instead of ordering from here.

Traveling. We stopped here for a quick bite. Typical CFA....also typical teenage service. Young people must learn that all of their conversations are not necessarily fodder for the general public.Just. Stop. Talking.Mind you, we had been on the road for about 9 hours, so my mood was less than rosy.Fortunately, the inside area wasn't active, so we were able to enjoy a relatively quiet, quick meal.
