This place is odd. Best advice I can give is park in shopping center, walk across to shipping office ( located on end of building closest to bridge ). Follow directions to drop yard, come back to shopping center and wait for that magical phone call.R E Garrison driver

This place needs to go. It smells horrible and stinks up west columbia, pollutes the river, it makes one of the the best parts of the river walk terrible, and is an eyesore. It all for some chicken. Get this plant out of here already.

If you come for a drop and hook, you must come to location on sunset to get paperwork. U need to park across the street or in the medium of the road. If you come after hours or on the weekend, there is a security guard. He will come and bring the paperwork out to you or meet him at guard shack, sign his copy then he will give u a paper with direction for the drop lot. That lot is in a scratchy area be safe, very tight turn around and drop and hook. The guard shack is gray with a gray garbage can next to it in the middle of the after bridge and loading docks. Be safe and happy new year

Do NOT work here unless you have no other option. Especially do no work here if you are a woman. The men are disgusting. They act like they've never seen a woman before and fiend over the sight of a new one, sure I can ignore that. But what I cannot ignore are th supervisors not actually supervising. They say they'll be back to check on you but they don't. They throw you overboard and forget about you. Now I'm fighting with payroll for the 2nd week in a row for them to PAY ME THE HOURS I WORKED. Apparently they think it's ok to adjust my hours to whatever they please. They changed my day to 3pm when I was there till 630 like everyone else. This place is a literal joke. Dude telling me to "stand there and look pretty" and grown men fighting over a seat at the lunch table like 3rd graders man f*** that place. Give me my da** money.

How is this company charging 35 a week for gear that the employees need to use and wear? They need the aprons and gloves etc.. someone answer.

As other mentioned this place is not easiest to back to the dock. Actually, it does not have any own yard or staging area. However, my loading process after the backing to the dock was pretty quick and organized.

Truckers ,park your truck on parking lot across the street , walk to docks.check-in near dock one. They will call you over phone. Shipping guy will guide you and meantime watch how other drivers setup and do backup .only four docks, tight spot.I got help from other driver to spot me .also need to slide tandems after you backed in. If you’re in 2,3 doors you may need to unhook it and move for another truckers to backup to door 4.Got here 11:30 am for 1:00pm appointment.got door by 12:00 , trailer loaded and left the place at 1:00 pm.
