The online ordering system was horrible. I got a lady who spoke very little English. I couldn't understand her and she could not understand me. She knew very little about the menu and had to call the store to find out if they had grits. I hung up because I was at the store by the time she got back to me. It's sad that this "all american resturant" out sources it's ordering system to a foreign agency. What about the people in America that need to work. This would be a great opportunity to give the american people work but I guess it would not be economically smart for the company and would interfere with corporate vacation money. I guess this is what our world is now.. WOWGet rid of the system it sucks!Vegetarian options: They have some!

What made the experience for us was our server Hope. She was phenomenal! Her level of attentiveness, friendliness, and overall service is hard to find these days. The food came out quickly and we enjoyed it. Thank you guys, and Hope keep up the good work you are appreciated!!!

Went for a late breakfast/early lunch with my twin granddaughters on 4/3/2024. There were very few people eating in the restaurant. The waitress took our order ... Children's pancakes and 55+ omelet. Omelet was burnt, no jelly for toast, etc. she dropped the plates and never returned until she dropped the check and left again. It was the first time in my life that I did not leave a tip. I even had to check myself out at the register. The hostess told me to put my card in the slot and follow the instructions and then she left. I will never eat at Denny's again.
