Absolutely ridiculous. The staff all have terrible attitudes. They made my sandwich wrong twice in a row and then got an attitude when I said something about it. My entire family was already done eating before i could just get my money back since they can’t make a sandwich the way it was on the receipt. Never again. Don’t waste your time

I’d give service negative if I could, I have NEVER had a worse experience in a restaurant than this one. Employees are useless & as soon as we walked in 20 minutes till close a male employee says “sorry we’re closed” management obviously doesn’t care to do any better considering all the negative reviews. Needless to say won’t be returning & advise you don’t waste your money here.

Again..went to fire house subs @ 2301 Augusta rd..The person who took the order was friendly..and respectful..The sub was Great..and fresh..In today's market..The service industry has declined so bad that people no longer enjoy going out to eat..Not Here..It was a pleasure..Great Job guys..?

Just did an online order and was missing some of the food. The rest of the food was great but when you spend 38 dollars on food you except to get all of your that you order. Not all the food was for me and it was the other person's food that was missing it was something small but double check the order before you put the food in bag to make sure it's all there and I should have double checked to make sure it was all there.

Went for lunch around noon and to my suprise I wasn’t greeted with the usual Welcome to Firehouse as I approached the cashier she wasn’t personable at all I ordered my usual the medium SteamerI was then called to get my sub and a little surprise as the medium almost looks like a small used to look I hate when places punish the consumer because of rising cost it definitely was not the sandwich i expected for the priceDon’t change the quality of your product raise the price insteadThx

I went around 7:00 and I’m not sure who the lady with the pink buzzcut was because I’ve never seen her before, but she made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for my family, and everyone else in there. She was yelling at one of her younger coworkers with brown hair, who didn’t look older than 16, for helping make our meal when nobody else was on the line. I understand getting frustrated but it was very unnecessary to raise her voice with multiple customers in the store.

I went there around noon and while I was there, only 3 people were working and as I was waiting this lady I assume is in a management position with pink hair started yelling at this girl who looked fairly young in ear shot and view of other staff and customers. It made the whole experience just very awkward and uncomfortable.

Now I know why everyone was at the Wingstop around the corner! Had a smokehouse corned beef and that meat was deader than dead , dry and just nasty. Drenching it in bbq say didn't help! They should've just said the meat wasn't good and suggested something else. Maybe cause they were packing to go home- just sad.

I arrived at 1030am Staff doesn't smile, no welcome to firehouse, acted like they didn't want to be here. I've seen work release inmates from jail or prison with better customer service. Restroom facilities terrible. No paper towels, no soap. Won't go back. Most firehouse restaurants are great but this one isn't.
