Great service but subpar food. My husband's "large" cheese fries were pathetically small; the box they were served in was half empty. My meal also had a small amount of fries with a lot of broken pieces. We appreciate the nice employee who thought she had messed up our order. She kept wanting to make sure it was right.

Came and got a concrete. It itself was fine but I had ordered on the app. I went through the drive thru and they told me I had to come in to get it. I asked if it wad alright if someone came in for me to get it because I was having issues with my knee walking. They told me to go ahead and drive around. Waited 15 min in line just to get to the window for them to tell me I have to come in because it wasn't ready yet. I won't be back. I was excited there was a Freddy's close to me. I'll go somewhere where customer service exists.

If no stars were an option, that’s what I would leave. This place hires unprofessional staff and management. I am still waiting on the manager to contact me about an altercation that happened almost two weeks ago this Sunday coming. Instead of working , the staff ready to fight anyone they don’t like that walk through the door. I almost fell in the restroom as well. The puddle was from the door to the toilet. So like the other person stated , they don’t keep this restaurant clean as it should be.

Just left Freddy's came home with my meal wasn't asked did I need any sauce so I assumed I have fries sauce and ketchup in the bag,( NOT ) My son with a kids meal was very upset because he had no sauce and I did not go back and get any. That's what makes the fries different the sauce..So you can Imagine how my dinner was with a upset child.

A lot of flies in the building. Didn’t look as clean as it should. The wait staff very loud with personal talk. Cashier was good but took him a while to acknowledge us. The place wasn’t busy at the time, with customers. Food tasted good though. One employee had a lot of hair swinging around over the food.Parking: Had no problem parking.

Oh man where do I start? If you place your order in the app, which they push you to do, they give you an attitude if you try to pick it up at the drive thru. Regardless of location. Been 2 years since the last time I came to one of these for this reason, and decided I'd give it another try after the district manager reached out. Certainly won't be back for a 3rd time.

I love this place. Staff was very helpful and kind.
My husband and I stopped by Easter evening after church. The workers friends were hanging out at the cash register and outside the back door. I got an uneasy feeling when we walked in. The lady behind these guys hanging out never got acknowledged. She waited a good 5 minutes before walking out. I can say that we will never go back. Felt more like a hangout and pick up spot than a place of business. Bad vibes all around.

This location opened up not to long ago. It's getting to be a disappointment. The quality has gone way down for the food and service. At the beginning when they opened it was fantastic. Has the McDonalds next door feeling to it.

It looked like a good place to go so we decided to go through the drive through. I was so disappointed when I got my food. The onion rings were overcooked, hard and burnt, the chicken tenders were crunchy on ithe outside and half cooked in the inside ?. The only good thing about my meal was the lemonade and the turtle sundae I ordered .I wish we had time to go to Red Lobster like we planned. I don't think I will go back.

It’s rare to see a staff work so well together. Excellent food. First time and definitely a new fan. The young man working the cash register was the highlight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and while we ate I watched him go above and way beyond, bringing drinks to guests. Helping. Smiling. He clearly cares about his job. Wonderful staff. Thank you.

So when you order a frozen HARD quart with add ins, you get several smaller containers of soft serve, a whole banana (you have to peel and cut up), and a smaller container of your other add in... I paid $10 for a custom made specialty just to get assorted items that I have to prep and assemble myself. So I call, ask for manager, Tracey. She said 'oh yeah, we are currently out of the quart containers', just non chalant and matter of fact, like it's not a problem. No apology. No concession. Nothing. Horrible customer service. I didn't get mad or yell, I just said thank you and hung up.They could have set system as 'unavailable' on the the online order. Or wrote a note on the bag explaining the mishap. Customer service is just NON EXISTENT these days. I just have to stop having same expectations as I have for myself. And stop spending money on ridiculous stuff anyways. Lesson learned.
