Went through this drive thru for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staff. According to my receipt my order was taken by James L. Both he and the sweet girl at the window were great.

They have really good cheese burgers that I highly recommend. It was delicious and juicy and very tasty. The employees were very nice and friendly. And the service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable for this time of age because when all the fast food employees wanted higher pay which means that prices had to go up so it doesn't bother me to see higher prices so don't give them a bad review because of the prices. I love you Hardee's.
Bad First impression. I went there on my lunch break and there was only one car in front of me, and none behind me. I only ordered a kids meal, with a sweet tea. I received a coke or whatever kind of dark soda, I hate soda, and the 2 chicken strips was hard. The only good thing was the fries. This was a total waste of my break unfortunately. I will not come back to this one.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! SHUT IT DOWN OR HIRE ENTIRELY NEW STAFF!! I WAITED 36 MINUTES WHEN THERE WAS ONLY 2 OTHER CARS (BOTH OF THEIR ORDERS WERE WRONG). I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT, WHEN I WENT INSIDE TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE WORKING ON MY ORDER I WAS IGNORED BY ALL EMPLOYEES BUT ONE WHO OFFERED NO EXPLANATION AND ASKED IF I WANTED EVERYTHING MADE FRESH… AFTER OVER 30 MINUTES I WOULD EXPECT IT FRESH…GOT HOME AND MY ORDER WAS WRONG!
Horrible attitude, online order and they said they don't know when my order would be ready . So I was nice about it and said I'll come back , literally came back 15 mins later and lady got mad because I'm asking if it's ready . Use to be my favorite Hardee's because everyone's so nice but not anymore . Ended up going to chic filla . What made it worst is she put in the system order completed but she didn't do anything . Also I have to now wait to get my money back . Also went back and they said breakfast is over so now I can't get my food or my money in a couple of days . Literally use to brag about how nice they are but maybe it’s evening shift because morning drive thru wasn’t it . My point was , if I ordered it in the drive thru , they would have made my order on spot , but online order “ you got 4 people head of you “ I can see there’s 4 cars so make my order and I’ll be number 5.
