I was just a witness to a situation that took place at this location on 10/10/23 where employees Amber and Chloe unprofessionally handled a customer who also just so happened to be blind. After the customer complained of her sandwich being on the wrong bread, one of the two employees stated, “her sandwich is just on the wrong bread, she will live”. The entire restaurant was shocked by this comment made by the employee. After the customer asked numerous times for a manager she was continuously ignored and treated as if she did something wrong. After leaving, thankfully another witness went outside to speak with the woman and suggested that she asked for the employee's names.This was very unprofessional and should this woman had allergies to the bread she received it would’ve been a bigger issue. There was no apology just unprofessionalism.

My son did an online order and he went and picked it up. He had 3 items. The other items were fine. I had the tuna bowl. I was VERY disappointed. For $10 I got a very small amount of lettuce, a few chopped up tomatoes and there was only 4-5 tbs. Of tuna on there. I feel this is ridiculous. It looked like a small child’s portion. I have had subs from here MANY times and have always been pleased but y’all need to do better with your salads. I will NEVER order one from there again. I was so mad that I ate the little bit of tuna & threw the rest in the trash.

So I have to start off by saying tl from moment i called the Manager Ashley about an issue she has been very caring, understanding, and extremely kind. She took action immediately and called me back. I went in to location today and she went above and beyond to make sure I left knowing that someone cared about what happened. I can say she definitely deserves something for having excellent customer service. Especially after I am dealing with the loss of my mom. I meant all to have her be such a sweet young lady. I wish I could do something special for her because sometimes great employees are overlooked. Corporate needs to realize this young lady is awesome!!!
The food is not worth it and plus the customer of the manager is terrible! They guy stated the manager was not here and she was he totally lied about everything! I am looking for corporate number because you should not lie and say the manager is not here and she is!!!
