Came here for a nice relaxing lunch on a weekday at about 11:15. Easy to find a parking spot close to the front door. I immediately liked the atmosphere. Only a couple other people there. Music was nice. Was promptly greeted by a friendly cashier. Ordered the grilled chicken salad. Came out quickly and tasted great. Fresh lettuce and other ingredients. Overall had a nice lunch here. I’ll be back when in the area.

Food was good. The woman at the register was very polite, and I noticed them communicating with their coworkers well. However the female manager left a bad taste in my mouth. I saw her rudely telling the girl at the cashier how she should be doing her job. She said "[that lady] has been staring at her food sitting in the window. Normally. I would be on board with this comment however she definitely had and attitude while talking her employee. I really hate that I heard her talk to her employee like that. The manager didn't even let the girl respond. She just walked away huffing and puffing while the girl was trying to talk to her. I don't like seeing employers "disciplining" their employees in front of customers like this. It was over food being in the window for too long, which honestly my initial thought was the manager should've just ran the food instead of standing and waiting for an employee to rush to get to it just to be rude and nasty to them and also in front of the customer.

No issue with food. Customer service is awful. Order entered incorrectly into system, card was charged. I was told it could not be fixed. Also was told that there was no shift manager on duty to correct error. So disappointed as we love their salads.
