Today I came to this Starbucks as usual, I do it at least 4 times a week. They always serve me well, but today a girl came up while we were eating and said that we were being very noisy and the place was ALONE, it was barely 5:15am, that's the time we left, we have third shift. The girl is new, I had never seen her before, she is Latina and speaks Spanish, she gave us a hard time.

We always spend more than 50 bucks everytime we come here, me and my friends were having a lil snack after work the place was empty just us i usually come here 3x a week , my friends also come here almost everyday for the friendly environment but apparently we were too loud for her ….. The cashier came and told us to keep it down like really? We got our stuff and left never coming here again usually the staff its super friendly but this girl just wasnt!! Just go to another one dont let them ruin your day

Beware if you order more than a few food items they WILL comment on how much food you've ordered. It isnt any one person, but I only have this happen at this location. I put in an app order to pickup and usually its for my family so multiple drinks and multiple food items (1-2 items per person). I never do this at peak breakfast or anything but they ALWAYS say something about how much food I've bought. Comments like "you got x drinks and a whole lot of food right?" or "Wow, you got a lot of food today". Never any comments on the fact that I also got 3-4 drinks. I feel like these comments could be majorly triggering for someone with an eating disorder because it even makes me feel guilty. It has definitely deterred me from going to this location multiple times because I dont want to deal with the comments or obviously bother them with my order.

Great service from the workers, very jolly, definitely still have the holiday vibes. The food is always great, but this time, the cheese wasn't fully melted for grilled cheese. A small thing, but when it's melted to its perfection, the blend of flavors they add to the sandwich just explodes, and you really get the best experience. This location, like many others, is also out of stock of many items. You can't order the holiday drinks, something I wanted, but I had to settle with carmel Frappuccino. The buildings atmosphere is very empty feeling, with the layout they choose to use. Also, it looked like the location may have been newly renovated, but they neglected the floors. There's rust here and there, along with mold in the bathrooms.
Fast friendly service and staff is helpful and courteous. Shop is clean and plenty of seating available. Bathroom is clean and stocked up. The young barista [had on the black romper and head scarf, wore glasses at 2:30] that fix my drink did it wrong and could have been miscommunication however she gave a lot of attitude, start slamming things bc I corrected her error, I come here quite often and won’t change but why would I put a hot drink in a cold cup? Make that make since I’m just saying. Maybe customer service at a high volume not for her
