Don’t buy from this place. This establishment is disgusting and the guy who works there is very disrespectful. They add tips to your order even when you choose not to on the card reader.

I've been coming to this Subway on Knox Abbott beside the Walmart Market for years and never had a bad experience but today I went and ordered a sub and the young lady there was very nice. I got home and my husband took a bite of his sub and he pulled a long hair out of his mouth. I took it back and and the manager got defensive from the start and literally started going through the sub and saying "see no hair you you don't like the sub?" I told him there was a hair and I don't want another sub I want a refund and his response was "if you don't like the sub go somewhere else " I told him I wanted my money back but he did not want to give me my money back. I told him forget it and walked out. I won't be going back to this location and will be spreading the word how rude and unprofessional the manager was. 3/14/24

I put in a mobile order and it was done very quickly. The food was fine, it wasn't the best or the worst. However my biggest concerns were that language barrier causing an employee to become annoyed with a customer and roll his eyes. Mind you it was the customer who was having a hard time understanding the employee. Neither employee were wearing a hairnet or a hat/visor. I would assume that to be a health code violation. It definitely made me inspect each bite I took of my food.

I recently ordered a sub from this store through DoorDash. It came to my house and was missing the salami. I called the store and spoke to one of the owners about it. He ended up yelling at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I then drove to the store and I asked if I could have a sandwich remade with the salami. Instead, the owner put a few pieces of salami in a bag and just handed it to me. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It seems many other reviews of this location have stated how rude the owner was. I will not be getting subs from here in the future.

Ordered doordash and received sandwiches, both weren't properly made. Asked for certain veggies and cheese, I got 10 pieces of spinach and no cheese. I asked for mayo, and got a very small amount. Bread was hard and very dry. My daughter's was worse..avoid this place. They don't care about customers, go to Sunset Blvd instead

Owner is rude and just threw sub fixings into my sub. If he tears a slice of meat in half, I just get the half. He goes out of his way to give me the worst pieces of tomato in the bin. Never going back. The WORST Subway I have ever been to.

owners are cheap as hell. If you question the inconsistency between their protein sizes and literally every other subway in the area they argue. I understand food prices have increased but so have your menu prices with a decrease in portion size. Piss poor quality and even worse service

I add notes in my order to put extra lettuce and spinach and fresh bread. They used old bread and you can see pictures about extra veggie.I went to complain. Owner was so rude and he was like don’t order to this location next time.Last place to order sub.Cheap Indian.
