Always a struggle, soft taco party pack (12 tacos ?) always select the option to leave lettuce off. Receive order and it almost always has a whole salad worth of lettuce spilling out. Cannot comprehend how meat and cheese only with no lettuce is so difficult to execute.

It's Taco Bell, I don't really have high expectations here. I did find myself a tiny bit disappointed, though.I ordered through the app, a build your own cravings box for my husband, and two soft tacos (chicken +$0.90 and sour cream was free).Food:My husband ate his entire cravings box. He chose not to substitute anything out, and I can't even remember what all he got because he devoured it so fast. He likes the passion fruit drink, and we shared that. My soft tacos were pretty good made with chicken, but I really wish when they put on the sour cream, they would get it on the whole taco. I've never had a Taco Bell get it even, ever, but I will always wish they did.Service:Everyone we encountered there was really nice and spoke kindly.Atmosphere:We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we did pick it up inside. It was clean, there was no debris anywhere, and the floor wasn't sticky or dirty.I forgot to take pictures. We were that hungry.Vegetarian options: Most items can have a vegetarian substitution for the meat using black beans or spicy potatoes.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate your needs if you ask or order it through the app that way. There are even vegetarian options available.Parking: Plenty of space to park when we went, always has been.Kid-friendliness: The indoor dining area has enough space to accommodate children and adults.Wheelchair accessibility: A built-in ramp on the curb is located right near the handicap parking spaces. The inside of the restaurant has plenty of room to maneuver a chair in.

Been here a couple times the last couple weeks while working in town. Service, while friendly, is always incredibly slow. The ice machine hasn't worked for the last three weeks. Customers are told to order at the self-order kiosks, but at least one of the two is usually on the fritz. The food is as good as you'd expect taco bell food to be, so no complaints there.

This is the worst tacobell. At 8:30 pm the are only doing online orders an doordashes. The doordashers can't even order so they can eat. This tacobell is slow an I'm sure the assistant manager an that young girl alway working at night together are having fun on company time. Never come to the window, it alway takes more then 5 minutes when you do pick up a doordash and they always changing what times they close for the store customers. Need to shut them down or get a new crew. Yall really suck!!!

I ordered via drive-thru and when I got home I realized that an item for my order was missing so I called the Taco Bell in Three Fountains and the employee was quick to solve the problem and at my convenience. She told me I did not even have to bring the receipt and to come whenever I wanted to and they would replace the missing item. Thank you so much Amber!
It's taco bell! Was Sunday so they were out of some key items. Mild sauce and I believe jalapeños as my Nachos were just not the same LolDrive through was closed but did not find out until we drove to the sign. My husband suggested a cone in the drive so that people would know beforehand.
The black manager was very rude to the white girl that’s employed there because she was going to take my order at the register at the counter for ed me to have to do my own order I told him that I’m putting this on social media he informed me to go ahead because he makes more money than me if that’s the case then why is he working at Taco Bell the regional manager needs to fire him I will be contacting the regional manager over him

I have eaten at this TB multiple times and the service has gotten astronomically horrible the last few months. Takes over 25 minutes to get your order (all I got was a crunchwrap) and then it's cold. Workers are super rude and curse at you when trying to ask for things, manager sucks, and they don't refund your money - they just tell you to call corporate. I've never experienced this level of absolute garbage customer service before, but now have had it TWICE at this location. Will never go back here, I'll drive to the other end of Platt Springs first.
