Zero Fs given at this drive thru. Came in at 11pm and had ordered off the app. They gave us the wrong order. When we pulled back around to get our order, they were nothing but rude, as if the mistake was ours. They had given us a medium cherry Pepsi with the wrong order (we had ordered a large with ours). When we told them it was flat flat and not the right size, they proceeded to tell us they had no large cups. Then they asked us what we wanted to drink and we responded with Cherry Pepsi. She told us that "this IS the cherry Pepsi and you don't like it, so what else do you want?". Really? You can't fix it? Okay, so we ordered regular Pepsi. Sorry, that's "out". Really? We're not changing it? OK, Mountain Dew. We ended up waiting at the window for 20 minutes for an order that we had placed before even coming thru the drive thru. They were nasty and lazy and we will NEVER be back. Get some employees that care even a LITTLE.

To the chunky white girl at 12 am Tuesday, March 19, babygirl stop being so miserable when you can literally change your life today and quit Taco Bell since you hate working here so much!! They finally got employees that are worth a damn, and then there’s you. Why are you so rude for no reason, all I wanted was a 5$ quesadilla and there was still whole hour before close so I don’t understand why you are so sarcastic and rude when speaking, If this business keeps you hired for much longer, I would honestly be shocked.

Was informed they were out of hot beef then told them it was not a beef order it was chicken so they then said a 10 minute wait for that. All this was only so they could take turns smoking weed with their manager in the parking lot. I highly suggest this location be avoided at all costs

The food is exactly like all the other taco bells. This store is soooooo slow. The people back there are working their butts off but there just aren't enough of them. Management needs to beef up shifts. It's unfair to customers and to the existing staff. Felt really bad for the staff.

Just unprofessional as hell. They in there bshtn around. I’m so annoyed because when my order wasn’t right instead inconveniencing them and other customers I went around and went inside to fix the issue and ended up inside for 15 mins just to be told they’re changing the oil. Like girl ? don’t go to this one.
Only taking mobile orders, Supposedly the system was down and short staff is the reason. I swear fast food sucks anymore ! Just close the Store ! I wish I would have read the reviews first I wouldn't have wasted my time!

Taco Bell will always be a well renowned business that serves some of the best (maybe not healthy) tacos and burritos around. I ordered the Doritos locos taco, as it's free when you first sign up in the app! Mine was well created, although I would've liked more meat inside, it was well crafted and satisfied my craving!
