I almost went to a chicken chain restaurant, but I saw this yellow truck sitting at the end of the parking lot next to the circle K. I'm glad I came here for lunch instead of the other place. ?

don't waste your time or money.. it's overpriced, small portions, bland and old. cashier is rude, gave me the wrong food and try to argue about it. i ordered 2 carne asada tortas one w no pepper, 3 leguna tacos, 2 asada tacos. instead of two tortas, they try to give me a quesadilla, and was rude when i told her it was wrong. the torta had a very small portions of meat and tasted old. the lengua tacos extra mushy and flavorless. they were in the truck talking shit the whole time we were eating, watching us. the total came down to be 44. overpriced for their quality! they only do cash?!! gave me a face when i asked for a receipt. will not be going back and don't recommend it. if you want good torta/ mexican food and good service i highly recommend taco loco in west columbia.

Ewww the asada was old, tasted like it was cooked in really old grease. I wish I could get my money back. Just gross!! Also we were told we could only get 3 different meat lol makes no sense.

Finally… a place that serves Tacos Tripas! And it’s the most similar taco that I’ve had compared to California. Most of SC tacos are made a little different so I like their style better.

It's absolutely delicious!!!! Tacos are amazing. You have to try the barabacoa and the pastor! Only down side is that tacos are small for the price, so get more tacos.

I try to eat at all of the local food trucks, especially the taco trucks, to figure out which places have the best food. This one is my go to when I want tacos. The pork tacos are the best in my opinion but I have not tried them all yet. They are very friendly and the food is always great. I am trying something different today, a half baked or grilled chicken (there is a picture on the right side of the truck since I don’t remember the name). When you get your food, there will be cut carrots and onions on the side…. Don’t throw them away, they are not garnishes and I don’t eat carrots that often but these are marinated in something and are very good. They only add to the exceptional food that this truck is dishing out every day. Good job.

Decided to drive out to West Columbia tonight to try these tacos and was not disappointed. The steak tacos were delicious and for about the price of three from a "boutique" taco restaurant I got five with cilantro and lime - sliced radishes, carrots and onions on the side and a roasted jalapeño. $17 and change I believe. My tacos had corn tortilla which sometimes fall apart from my experience. Not here. And they had two tortillas each just in case. They have several meats you can have on the taco (there are pictures on this page so you can see for yourself). And they do more than tacos if that's not what you want (also more pics on Yelp of menu on truck)The order was fresh and it took about 15 minutes. In the meantime, you can sit in your car or prop up and watch traffic. If you go at night, they have two bright floodlights on the front so you can see your surroundings well. It's a new place to me but apparently not to locals. Drive up traffic was steady. I paid cash but they told me they also take cards. Tip jar at the window. Woman at the window was also very nice and helpful. They appear to be open reasonably late but I can't remember how late. Give this place a try! Totally worth it
