First time at this location and this smoothie is terrible I’m a regular and always get this same smoothie no sugar it’s usually perfect but today it’s missing dates, chiaSeeds and taste like water can’t taste banana or anything

I had such a delightful visit at Tropical Smoothie Cafe this morning, both the young ladies womaning the front were so delightful; especially Brice (sp?) who was such a fun character to interact with, and I wasn't the only one who thought so. Ignore the open sign, it's probably haunted. Come on, management! Replace that sign for a better sign so these brave young women don't risk life and limb fighting the demon(s) expressing their demonic intents over the neon.

Stop by for a refreshing drink and tried a new Mango Monsoon smoothie sample..omg it was so good even with a spinach added..staff was nice and store was clean❤️

We just got some sandwiches with raw meat, came back and see there are little children working in the kitchen. Edit - saw the reply from the owner, I dont think you understand. There are small children that looked to be around 10 years old attempting to cook in your restaraunt and they gave us raw chicken. You need to figure out what is going on asap, if we come back and they're still there, we're calling the cops.

Smoothie was not that good employees were not wearing gloves touching food and making the smoothies the young lady that was cooking the food had gloves on luckily but the other staff that were making smoothies were touching ingredients and food and putting it in the smoothie were not wearing gloves. Also employee was was on their cell phones. Which is nasty because they we're making smoothies and touching their cell phones and not wearing gloves. Not very friendly staff and will not be going back because they were not wearing gloves when they were making smoothies. Which is really gross.

Tropical Smoothie is great! But the portion size for my corn that I paid additional money for is absurd! I can see the bottom of the bowl. Only 2 bites! That is crazy to spend extra money for 2 bites… smh

The cashier had a bright and bubbly personality, our smoothies were served quickly, and the facility was clean. My friends and I got peanut butter protein smoothies and they were delicious!
