This Wendy's is a hit or miss. When it's good it's good service, food, etc but when it's bad it's bad! The service used to be good not sure what happened. Went to stop for breakfast the other day around 10am door was locked in spite of the sign on the door clearly stating the dining room opens at 9am!

Everytime I come here it's the same older lady at the drive through window and she always has the absolute WORST attitude. She's so incredibly rude to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. You can tell she completely hates her job. Someone like that SHOULD NOT be in customer service. She makes customers feel like such an inconvenience. I ended up leaving without my food because of her nasty attitude. Will not be back.

Their customer service needs an overhaul because I called to check if they are open. The lady who answered the phone was just rude and answered my question but said I answered the phone so we're open. Customer service calls for you to just answer the question politely and ask maybe if there's anything else needed, not be rude.FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE IF THEY'RE LIKE THAT.

I didn't order because they are one of the few places that don't sell fish sandwiches. It was a Friday in lent, and I don't eat meat on Fridays in lent. Very disappointing.

50 minute wait for food when I placed a mobile order. And when we finally went inside to check on the order, they were out of lemonade and gave soda instead, but didn't refund the difference in price. Avoiding this location in the future. The employees said they are short staffed, but 50 min for burgers and nuggets is really excessive. This isn't the first time the wait has been super long either. I guess this time at least the food was hot, so I do believe it was prepared fresh...

Unfortunately you can’t leave 0 star reviews otherwise I would have. Ordered my food at the drive thru and was told to park and wait. 50 minutes I waited and never got food, so I left. Isn’t the first time I’ve had a long wait at this place. Never coming back.
