I was not a happy customer when the crew member told me no customized orders after 8:35 when I was in drive thru at 8:30. When I asked to speak with the manager the crew member said "I think he's in the restroom" and ask me to pull up so he could help the next customer. When I came inside, Austin politely granted my request. Thank you for great customer service skills Austin!“
“Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses a rollator and we have to move chairs and drink cart just to get by because we had to use back room so I could imagine if he was in a wheelchair it wouldn't be too good unless you got a table up front.“

I was placed on a silent in person hold, while two younger cashiers giggled and fondled over how much something was and their ?I'm guessing them paying for some ? they had ordered. “My family and I love visiting Sue's. The food is always good and the prices are so fair, it feels like walking into a restaurant pre-covid. You just don't find many restaurants like this anymore. We have been dozens of times and never had bad service. It makes a great affordable lunch date or if you grab a spot at the bar when they have live music, it can make for a memorable date night. And don't miss out on their daily specials, the dinner plates are really good and even come with dessert.“
“My baby is obsessed with Little Caesars and it’s usually his Friday dinner request. I’m gluten free but it’s so nice that I can pick up an affordable quick dinner for my kids. The workers are always friendly at the window and my kids always say the pizza is good.“

“4th in line, thought I would have a long wait but I was pleasantly surprised that the girl at the window was gatherings my order right away. The $30 bucket with sides in less than 3 minutes, I would say. Pretty good. This was at about 3:15. I did ask for a Mtn Dew and they were out. Out of the Dew!? It might be a long night for KFC ?“
“Can't recommend this place enough! I made a reservation for 22 people, we showed up and they immediately had the tables ready for us after we reminded them the number of people. We sat down and the waitress was so quick and took great care of us. After ordering the food, I got a call from Raines asking if we were still coming for our reservation. I said yes, we're actually here right now and they were very confused. Turns out I made a reservation at the wrong location. I felt terrible, but I can't thank the Williamston location enough for accommodating such a big group on such short notice. Truly great people! And the food was incredible too.“
