9 of us stopped in at the Smokin Pig Express this evening after seeing the Mill Town Players. Everyone loved their food. I had the Brisket sandwich with a side of banana pudding which I had to take home. The sandwich was stuffed with brisket that was hot and juicy. Very good!

My mom almost choked on her brisket it was so dry!I have tried all their meats and they are always DRY!!! I can't go with my family there anymore ? because the meat is so dry...It really scares me that my family goes there. The flavor is really good and great atmosphere! Sides are good wish they had more veggie sides though but the ones they have are very ? yummy if they would just not dry out their meat it would be absolutely the best. Hope someone reads this and can cook the meat so it is not soooooo dry! I really hope and pray that they can for the enjoyment of their food and most importantly SAFETY!

I love the Smokin Pig a express! They have very good barbecue and affordable prices. And the employees are super nice! ? Especially Robin! I will be going there again!
Got a pound of sliced brisket, there was 3/4 of inch of fat over most of the meat, a little too greasy and salty to my likings, I'm going try to make some myself.

Would've given a higher rating because the taste of the food was great! The problem was that I had 1 side and it was baked beans. I had stopped on my way to work so I didn't open my food until I got to work. Literally, there was like 7 beans,the rest was soup! I couldn't believe it because there was a lot of the pulled chicken. I will still go back,I just won't order the beans anymore because you know how you only want to eat certain things,if you have certain things to eat with them. Well,that was the case with this so it was a little disappointing but like I said,the food was so good and I'm sure I'll be going back
