I want to say thank you for being kind. I had just went to a similar establishment nearby, and they were not, but I still paid for my wrong sandwich and left. That's when I decided to go to Subway. The blonde girl that took my order was extremely nice, listened to what I ordered, and was busting her tail multitasking. All of the employees were nice to each other. I got exactly what I wanted and left in a better mood than the one I went in with.I didn't take my receipt, but I went in this evening around 7:15pm and ordered a 6" grilled chicken sub to go. The girl that took my order had long blonde hair. She's doing a great job and deserves a shout out!

Wish I could leave no stars horrible customer service they let me and my wife order and get toppings of our choice to only be told after we were handed our subs that most of our toppings were not on the sub.... Had already paid.... And no refunds?

This place can never get our order right. The sandwiches are always sloppy, not cut all the way through and forget any special instructions as they will ignore them. It's worth the extra few minutes to go to the Subway up the road.

Ordered two subs for pickup on the app. Requested they were toasted on the instructions and in the special requests, they were not toasted. I don't know why this is such a big deal at every subway. Plus they don't answer the drive thru board. I pushed the help button to tell them I was there for a pickup 4 times and got no answer, so I pulled around and the worker had an attitude like I was disturbing them.

Usually I go inside to order but I'm sick right now & chose to go through the drive-thru. I placed my order, the young man was very nice (I think it might have been his first job). I thanked him & drove home. I took the sandwich out and opened it up, the order was correct except for 1 thing...the bread was so tough I couldn't eat it. Never had that happen before. No, I didn't order it toasted & it wasn't toasted. I wound up just putting the ingredients on sliced bread at home & gave the hard bread to my dog. It's gonna be awhile before I go back again.
First time using curbside at this location and it was a great experience! My order was out to my car before the app even allowed me to check in! Super fast and friendly service! Plus it was pouring down rain and the lady working still had my order out within minutes after ordering. Thank you for the awesome service!

I ordered two flatbread pizzas and in one box, there was only two slices when they're should have been four slices. My fault for not checking behind them...It'll be a cold day in July before I'll ever darken their doorway again.BTW, I hope that the employee chocked on those two slices...

While the store was clean and tidy like usual unfortunately maybe a worker was having a bad day but didn't like hearing I didn't want yellow wilting lettuce put in my sandwich and was instantly visibly bent out of shape having to replace the old lettuce that was easily 4 to 6 hours past its freshness point then started slamming pans around replacing the lettuce glaring and staring at me while I waited for my Food to be finished. This a not the normal in this location but was very shocking and sad to see none the less

My family has been going to Subway for a very long time and either the people at the subway weren’t trained correctly or they just went to work to socialize but every time we have gone to Subway and gotten salads they were chopped salads all of a sudden out of the blue the people at the subway said we don’t do chop salads anymore I just think they just didn’t know what they were doing they need to be retrained

The place was clean. Employees friendly and knowledgeable.. food was good. They were out of a couple items as a lot of places since the pandemic , they do not accept a lot of subway coupons that some of the other stores do. They could work on that
