My salad was fresh and delicious. The staff person, Passion, that took my order was courteous and had the kindest smile. My husband and kids loved the chicken/fries/toast. Service was fast. But most of all, when I left my purse and did not realize it until the next day, the staff had it safe and sound in the manager's office. Nothing was missing! I am so grateful for their integrity and professionalism! We will be back next time we travel through Woodruff for a soccer tournament!...read full review
Had an issue where I ordered my meal online and was told my food would be ready in 12 minutes. I don't live that far away so I waited and went to another store to get some other items I needed while in town. Upon arrival it had been over 40 minutes since I ordered and paid for my meal. I tell the associate I'm here to pick up my online order and wad told they never received an online order. Just got dinner from there and all of it was cold. All of the wings I ordered didn't even feel like they were cooked right then. Taste wise it was fine but it was all cold and that's not how you keep business. Not sure if I'm gonna order from here again.
