They seem to never be open when I go in. I've been there many different hours before 6pm and on different days but it's still not open I don't understand

Wonderful pretzels ?, service was excellent and if you order a pretzel without a cream cheese or cheese dip you’ve made your own mistake!! Highly recommend Auntie Ann’s!!

Online it says it’s open until 6pm went in at 4:35 pm and everything was closed down and put away.

I don't know if I just go to the wrong time but it seems like they never have fresh pretzels but either way the pretzels are delicious so I guess I can't complain too much they're just not hot so I put them in the microwave when I get home

I ordered through grub hub, that experience was good however the food was lack luster. I ordered 3 cheese dips, I only got 2. The food was cold, kinda a pass since I got delivered but if they made it fresh it would have been warm at least. And finally the Cinnabon, disgusting! It seemed a week old, hard cold and it was stuck to the package. Like it was microwaved in it. No icing, the whole 2 outer layers were so hard they were inedible. Trying to support local businesses this was a fail!
