Great food. Great Job today! They were courteous and kind quick and on point. Lord knows how the lines can be at lunchtime but today was great. Line was long so we expected a wait and we were in and out in 10 mins. Again Thank You to the folks here today! A great attitude and a smile goes a long way with customers. OMG I love giving a good review but if they had6 stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...this place would get it for the day today. Have a blessed rest of your weekend.

They are always so sweet and understanding and try their hardest to meet your needsKid-friendliness: They offered all the kids crowns and made them smile! And you could tell the parents were happy to see the staff making their child smile

Placed online order and doors were locked at 7:45 says they open at 6 am. Pulled to drive thru to be told the are not open yet and they can’t give me a refund I would have to call or go online.

Pulled into the Drive-thru at York Burger King. Voice comes on speaker, said one moment. In no rush we sit there. A couple of minutes a different voice comes on, and said , did anyone tell you our fryers are down? We replied no. Nobody said anything. In a rude sarcastic voice, she said , Well Im telling you now. We were getting food for our family. But l won't be back. Nor will my family. If you dislike your job that much. Find something else !!

Burger King has really gone downhill, over the past few years. It doesn't seem that there is any system to get orders out correctly or in a timely manner. This place was no different. People milling around the kitchen. No rhyme or reason to how orders get to customers. Pieces come out, then you wait forever for the rest. Call in orders don't matter; you'll still wait forever. And this was in an empty restaurant with very few people in the drive-thru.We ordered 2 burgers with cheese. Order came out 15 minutes later, minus the cheese. The people in front of us waited 20 minutes for their food, and had to keep going up to the counter to keep getting the rest of their order. In the midst of this, you have people stopping by, chatting with workers, and going into the kitchen area. With all the Burger Kings closing, I wouldn't be surprised if this location was next. No customers and horrible service.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure how you would get in the front door in a wheelchair. There is a ramp, but don't see anything to open the door automatically.
