I went to this location in York sc and ask to see a menu to order the clerk said that most people just order online he pointed to a piece of paper taped to the counter and said I could look up the menu online. The. He said that order that just came in was ordered online and walked away not a place I’m going to spend my money with customer service like that. Jersey Mike’s had great service a 100 yards away

I order online and pick it up myself. I'm currently addicted to the Italian papdilla. I've ordered it for a lunch more times then I care to admit in a review.The app tells me when it's baking and when it's ready. I never have to wait long once I've arrived to pick it up and the staff are always polite.

Just teaching me to check my stuff before I leave. Even on the tag I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza with no green peppers add bacon and shrooms. Got it plain though i payed extra... Wish people would pay attention and read the ticket... seems to happen more often everywhere else lately. Either people can't read or just don't care.

Worst pizza ever. Upon opening the box it looked like someone had put a raw crust in the box and just threw the toppings on it. A trash pizza ? so disappointed ??. Never again........?

Great staff and the food is DELICIOUS AND FRESH!! Papa John in York, SC is my most favorite place to eat. Food is always on time that they say and it’s always DELICIOUS!! Staff has been great every time I go to. I am a frequent customer to them.

Great service from the time I called until the time it was delivered. Tried calling Domino’s. It was a disaster. Called Papa John’s and 30 minutes later I was eating hot wings and pizza. I will definitely call them next time. I want pizza I highly recommend them. Don’t waste your money at dominoes. Get the better ingredients better pizza Papa John’s.

The sauce is not very good. I am from New York New Jersey area and this pizza is worse than a frozen pizza.

We have ordered from this location twice and both times have been very disappointed. We came from Pineville, NC and our Papa John's up there was the best. Nice fluffy crust you can dip in the garlic butter for a nice bread stick. Not at this location. The crust is flat and tough. The cheese in Pineville was melted beautifully. Not at this location. Burnt both times. The garlic knots are to die for in Pineville. Not here. They are dry and have very little garlic sauce on them. I do not know what is the difference, but this location needs to recheck their preparation and cooking procedure. I hope they kick their act up. It is a pity to have a Papa John's here in town and NOT be able to enjoy the excellent food we know them to have. PLEASE look into this.
