I got the big box for the first time and it is a great deal. These folks always have great service even when we're there to pick up for
Pizza was hard. I order hand tossed crust but it was so flat it seemed like thin crust. I didn't have a long wait to get my order when i arrive and that was the only good thing. The cashier was vaping inside of the store. Pretty sure that isn't acceptable :(
Ordered a pizza pan pepperoni had a hard time placing a order couldn't understand the person had to repeat ourselves to were they could understand what we wanted would be nice if we could order and understand them and the pizza was burnt on the crust didn't enjoy our experience with them.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, melt, cheese sticks and wings at 5:28pm. The confirmation said would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. At 6:38pm only the melt, cheese sticks and wings were delivered. I asked the driver where the pizza was and he said it was back at the store in the hot box! Why on earth would you deliver only part of the order?? Then they never answer the phone at that location. He said he would be back in less than 10 minutes with the pizza. We are now going on 20 minutes and still no pizza. Worst service ever!!

Ordered Pizza on a Monday night. Pizza, wings and dessert. Everything was great. But what made our experience even better was the extra special notes Ashley left on our pizza box and our receipt. I called her to let her know how sweet and thoughtful the notes were. The extra effort made our night.
