Love the Staff !! ...and the sandwiches. Amanda was "listening" on my 1st visit to this JJ's. I was on my half hr lunch break, new to this city, & had to circle around JJ's building twice because of construction.I was frustrated & mumbled so, as I ordered...No sooner had I ordered & paid & Amanda "handed" me my sandwich !! Order lunch from them routinely and have only ever had an problem once or twice. Drivers always really friendly. Food usually good. Cookies are sometimes good but quite often they are stale. They need to stop keeping the cookies for so long. We will get fresh ones one day, then a week later get extremely dried out ones.
