It took, 30 minutes to get our drinks, appetizer came b4 the drinks, kid burger was burnt, quesadilla was burnt, steak over cooked, glad I got the ribs they fell off the bone were great, sent steak back, and came out raw, we gave ups after that point, and left with our burnt and under cooked food, still tipped over 20$ was not the servers fault, would have returned everything but the ribs, but didn't want to get the cook in trouble for messing up the entire order, so we paid our 120$ and learned a lesson....Edit... Was contacted and taken care of thanks Ruby Tuesday

We just had lunch, and I give it a 5 star review! We were seated immediately, and had great service from our waitress! Salad bar was fresh, and delicious for my husband, and I had deconstructed beef kabobs for the first time. That was absolutely amazing, and had lots of leftovers! Thank you for everything you did to make our lunch enjoyable!!

Went there last night. Sign says please wait to be seated. Waited and waited. not sure how long we waited, but it had to be at least 10 minutes standing there waiting for someone to greet us and seat us. Waitresses saw us. . We waved at bartenders in order to get their attention they saw us, but still no one came. Waited a bit longer and finally just left.

Stopped in for lunch today. No soap on the men’s room and the salad bar was full of old/wilted/rotten/gross ingredients. To be clear, it wasn’t that the soap dispenser was empty. There was not a soap dispenser at all. Gross! Left without eating. Stay away!!!!!

Staying in a hotel across the street from the restaurant. Wasn't feeling well so ordered delivery. Ordered a Philly steak sandwich and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. The sandwich was fine, it had enough meat and the roll was toasted well. The baked potato was small, and was provided with plenty of butter and sour cream. However, they provided no plastic silverware. I don't know how they expected the customer to eat a baked potato with no silverware. Shouldn't have to ask. Also I was given the option to choose my delivery service, or use their own. They charged me 7.25 and then just used doordash. I could have chosen doordash myself and paid less. Not cool.
Today is 01/10/2024 Our server was a young man just started yesterday but was doing a fantastic job for all he served as far as I could tell. 3rd time I've been there and the food was just OK each time, but not great like one would expect for the price you pay. They didn't have any of the New York strip or Ribeye so went with a cheaper steak. Maybe that would have made it a better meal. The service all around was still great. Very pleased with the people that work there.

Would recommend only for white people or masochistic non-whites ig.Racist staff wouldn’t seat my family, but more than happy to seat all of the white people wearing their Walmart/Target clothing. We were the first to show up, standing at the front, but they went out of their way to speak to everyone around us and seat them. After 3-4 families seated, we just left. The place was near vacant before we arrived too. So it’s not like the staff was busy. They were just gatekeeping and being blatantly racist. I’ve spoken with friends who have shared the same experience, so I’ve thought it through and have done my field research.This was also not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this place either. The previous time before this one, my family was seated, but the waitress took a more than acceptable time taking our order. Several people were seated and had their orders taken in advance to ours as if we were an afterthought. Just shoved in a corner. A sweet customer service voice doesn’t cover up obvious intentions through actions.

I've visited this restaurant on several occasions. Although the food wasn't terrible, it didn't stand out or leave a memorable impression. Unfortunately, my latest experience resulted in an uncomfortable night, including frequent bathroom visits. I recommend caution to potential diners. In my opinion, there are much better dining choices available in Aberdeen. Consequently, I have no plans to dine here again.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times. While the food was not dreadful, it failed to leave a significant impression on me. Regrettably, my most recent visit had unpleasant consequences, leading to a night of 'discomfort' and frequent trips to the bathroom. I advise caution for those considering dining here. Based on my experiences, I believe there are much better dining options available in Aberdeen. I do not plan to return.

Ordered the 2-for-$25 special. Half rack of ribs, chicken tenders, plus the mozzarella stick appetizer. Yum! Excellent food and service, and great price. AAA+
