Used the app to order. Got inside. Waited 20 minutes. No sign of food. Waited another 10 minutes at the counter to speak to someone. Told it would be another 8 minutes to wait for chicken. Waited another 10 minutes. Then another 5 to speak to anyone. They finally went and quick made it and it was total trash. I’m not picky and I like Taco Bell, but this was ridiculous. An hour for this. Couldn’t even eat it. And never offered any compensation.

Went through the drive through, after paying, every customer is asked to go park in the parking lot or go inside to pick up their food. After three attempts of bring out my order they still were not able to give me all my food, realized this after I was home. This taco bell service has not been good for a long time. The only up side was the two employees were polite, friendly, and trying to do what they could.

Used to be okay, now it’s god awful. almost every time i have ordered something with potatoes in it they were so stale and hard it could break diamonds. Not to mention every time i order a grilled cheese burrito from there it has been, literally no exaggeration, 1% meat 99% rice. had an entire burrito where only the first two bites had meat. I also deliver for doordash and i have stopped accepting orders from there because every time i have it has taken over 30 minutes to get the order and every single time the store was basically empty. legit had one that took AN HOUR to get the food, the only reason i didn’t cancel was cause the tip was really good. and in the same order had 3 employees walk into the bathroom and didn’t come out for half an hour. god awful place ruined by the god awful employees.

Your employees need to be taught food safety. Do NOT EAT HERE. They don't change their gloves. They take money with the same gloves they make your food with. The kitchen is unclean as well as the lobby.. This place is dangerous for people with health issues!! Stay away!! I am filing an official complaint with the South Dakota Health Department. Cameras don't lie. They can watch the employees. I truly hope this place gets closed down. This is a dangerous restaurant for people with auto immune diseases to eat. Save yourself a trip to the hospital. This place is unclean and the employees are poorly trained. The perfect storm for bacteria and viruses. Save yourself!!! DON'T GO!!!You will be visiting Dr Tony ( my boyfriend that was there) whom the cook mocked his name while I asked the manager for my money back. The old lady was pushing garbage cans with no gloves. I do appreciate that she offered to help me because I was standing at the counter. After reading the reviews on Google I would avoid this place. I went there happy, and left very angry. If I was an attorney I would sue you for the trauma I experienced. The employees yell at you and mock you in front of the manager.

Waited 20 min, went to check on order, they accidentally cleated order so weren't making anything yet made no effort to come say anything..wont take orders at counter, must do thru kiosk so food was paid for byt nothing was being done..had 2 hungry little boys..VERY DISAPPOINTEDKid-friendliness: Didnt seem too concerned about 2 hungry kids

We waited 20 minutes for a nacho bell grande . Watched someone wait 30 minutes for theirs. Terrible service and staff. I guess you get what you pay for and slim Pickens in this town. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: called them and they’re fixing my order because I found out none of the tacos I paid extra to be supremes actually were. And the guy apologized for the other persons attitude (turned out that guy was a MANAGER! What!? Why do they have managers with such poor service?!) anyway I appreciate the guy I spoke to being great about the whole thing and helping remake my order a few days laterWent through drive through and the guy asked me to come inside and wait. I said I have FIVE kids (visibly 2 of them are babies) in the car, would he mind if I pulled up front. He groaned and said fine and slammed the little window. One baby is 4 months old I was struggling to calm because she was crying and hungry, the other one is two and was over tired and missed her nap. It was only me with them otherwise had I had another adult I wouldn’t have minded. In the end I sent my 8 year old in to get it and he struggled with the doors, I would’ve offered that option had he not slammed the window. Just flat out rude and to be honest I haven’t gone there in years, won’t be going again, I’ll just drive the extra mile and go to taco John’s like I usually do. I only ordered a taco 12 pack and 2 cheese roll ups

They have just changed their hours and instead on putting a sign on the drive thru board with the update they put in on the window where you pick up the food. Someone had to tell us and there are lines of people waiting in the drive thru to order. Come on Taco Bell. Be smarter and put a sign on the board for people to read!

Employee named CJ was taking an order instead of having us pay at the window making us late for school. It took 25 minutes to get through 6 cars, this job is not hard do better.
