I have always enjoyed Wendy's food. However when I order the number 1 I forget it is more than a single. They offer double and triple burger options now. Then don't ask me which size so give me a double when I wanted the single burger.

Went thru the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times for the dude to get it right. Before he started talking to us thru the coms you could hear him messing around clearly talking to a girl in the background. Asked for a slight modification to the burger I ordered, no mayo, and it still had mayo when I got home. The fact I had to repeat my order 3 times and it wasn't right. This place is going downhill and don't really think anyone should ever eat here.

Stopped here fir supper. Its 6:30pm on a Thursday. Door is locked. Several other cars including a Doordash came and left. Thus is a constant problem here in Aberdeen. If you're going to be closed at least outba sign on the door or better yet your electronic billboard out front saying "Drive Thru Only".Food is good but the lack of service is sad. Won't be long and they'll join our local BK and close.

Wendy's here, in Aberdeen KNOW FRENCH FRIES ARE BEST HOT & CRISPY !! I didn't even have to order them "fresh" - Thank you Wendy'sThe burger was also Hot & Fresh. Had a great lunch today. Service was perfect too.

I ordered through doordash, my food was wrong and missing items. Doordash wouldn't fix it so I called Wendy's. They said they would send me coupons. Never received anything. Won't be eating that that Wendy's again.

Order a Dave's double. Price seemed higher than usual. I thought prices may have gone up. Got my food and it was a baconator, not what I ordered. Then I asked for hot chili sauce (I like it on my fries). She said what? I explained it. Then she said, "I think we are out of that". Clearly she didn't know what I was talking about but just didn't want to deal with it. Poor service all the way around.
