Food isn't bad when they actually get the order right. You would think reading a mobile order wouldn't be hard to do but it apparently is. Messed it up multiple times. I'll just go to the one by subway, they never screwed it up.

I ordered through my app and pulled up and waited and waited they asked for my order number I shared and they said my order had gone to a different store in Rapid City.. he said no problem and made our order!!! The store is so clean and they are all so friendly.. I know it was the app because I also ordered with my points some free fries and they brought it to me this was before the other order confusion.. thank you guys for helping me make sure mt kdis didn't have to wait another...read full review
