I’ve tried time and time again to give this place a “second chance” but today was the final straw. I went through the drive through and ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with a side of cheese curds. After leaving, I realized I was given fries instead of cheese curds. At the end of the day, whatever, mistakes happen. But the cherry on top was 2/4 chicken strips were RAW!!! I had to throw away my whole meal and am absolutely disgusted. I have given this DQ so many chances but this one was their last. Me and a couple of friends went just to get a quick snack nothing much. We all got ice cream that should take only 5-8 minutes to make? No almost 30 minutes for 3 ice creams. All of the employees were talking in the back no a care in the world. ( No refunds needed)
