What happened to this place? It used to be a great place for lunch, and I went today for the first time in a couple of months, and it was disastrous. They were out of sausage, most of the flavors of soft drinks were empty, they used about 1/2 the amount of cheese as normal, and my wife's pizza was undercooked of all things. Maybe it was an off-day, but not good. Not good at all.

This was our first and last experience we will ever have there. The food tasted burnt and sweet at the same time. The texture and flavor was absolutely awful. I am only writing this post to save another family from this terrible food fate.

I have never been disappointed with the service or food at 1000 degrees. I love the variety of toppings it's hard to beat a bake time of maybe 3 minutes.

I had a build-your-own pizza with pesto sauce, black olives, mushrooms, and bell peppers (baked in large pizza oven) with a side of chicken wings. The dough was crisp (not doughy), the wings were cooked all the way through, and the sauce was spicy but not too hot. The chef answered all my questions about the pizza ingredients and even volunteered info. on questions I didn’t ask! Just about the best pizza restaurant experience i’ve had.

OMG...i am super impressed at the friendly and fast service!! I am a tough customer to please but this gentleman went out if his way too make sure my gluten-free vegetarian pizza was remarkable!!! Way to go 1000 degrees pizza!! Totally recommend!

Loved the 1000 degrees in Watertown. Went yesterday to Brookings 11/15/2020 and was very disappointed! I ordered 4 pizzas. We were the only ones in the store at the time. We waited 45 minutes for our pizza. The bottom was burnt and the rest was very doughy! Only one worker working at lunch hour on a Sunday is crazy! Will go again but will make sure this doesn't happen again!

The pizza was made quickly and tasted great. The only negative thing is that neither worker wore a mask. I wish they would, especially having a buffet of sauces, meats, cheeses & veggies. At least they were friendly.
