I was very disappointed when they informed me that this arbys didn't participate in the happy hour prices. But more than that, it made me really mad when I realized the kid that was taking my order was struggling, and there were 4 other people in the building, not wearing a headset nor helping him. He clearly needed help, and was very new sense he had to ask questions. But then he got into trouble for pushing the wrong button, sense our order was wrong. It wasn't the drive-thru persons fault that he didn't have any help or support and didn't know what he's doing. It was the 4 other people upfront not wearing a headset who didn't offer him the proper support he needed.

Pretty good. Seems like the portion sizes have been getting smaller lately. Prices in line with McDonald's but better food quality.
They have the meat but they won't give you it false advertising on the roast beef sandwiches that made them successful and they cut back the meat to 3 Oz. Per classic roast beef sandwich. See you in bankruptcy coart.
