1st time at this location and it took forever! We sat at the window waiting for at least 10 min or more. They keeped bringing other peoples drinks up to window except mine. After all that time waiting and my drink wasn't even very good! I would rather go to the one in Hyvee they make better drinks! I think I'll just stick with Scooter's! Thanks

Absolutely love this Starbucks location. I've been going there when they opened the doors at this store! I admire and adore the young women who know my husbands' and I orders, whether it's drive thru or in the store. I adore the manager and the barista's!! I cherish the little conversations we have at the window or while ordering; and their smiles when i see them or they see me!!!! Special Blessings to this store and to the employees who have made an impact on my life, in a positive way!

Order ahead as it can get busy. Staff is efficient and friendly.Parking: The parking is tight. Single entrance and exit on a busy street. Trailers not recommended.

Meh. I can see why people do the drive thru here. The coffee is fine, but the service is sub-par... unless you like listening to college girls (the staff, I mean) comparing their social media feeds. The atmosphere is also lacking. Not cozy or anything. Feels generic, which isn't surprising for Starbucks, but still...

I ordered online and went in to pick up my drink that costed $6 it was half full and they did not add everything that was in the order! when I went and asked them about it they said they could not add anything to the drink or remake it! Very poor experience and customer service is terrible! I will not be going back there!!

Forgot to order a drink refused to add on a drink at the window, then none of our hot drinks had sleeves, lady seemed put out to give us a sleeve cups were super Hot! Had to go around to order drink we forgot asked for coconut milk, they forgot the coconut milk part. Sister is allergic to milk. Would def rather park and walk in to Hyvee location!Reason couldn’t add order was because of their drive time yet when we went back around service was slow.

Only Starbucks I've been to that I've had repeated drinks wrong. I think they must have an issue with filling the cup up all the way because it always a third empty.
