We ate at this location on a Friday night and when we got sat down there were only 3 other tables with people, so not too busy. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to take our order, (wings and 1 sandwich to share) then another 20 minutes to get our wings, then another 30 minutes to get our 1 sandwich. When our waitress finally brought our sandwich we asked for more water and she never came back to our table again. We even tried to waive at her to get her attention and she never would look at us. We had to guess what our bill was and left cash on the table and walked out. Disappointed because we were excited about having this restaurant in Deadwood but won't be back because they are clearly understaffed and the 2 waitresses that were there that night seemed to not have much experience. Observing other tables, we clearly weren't the only ones having a bad experience. I hope they get it figured out.

I have been in 3 times now. EXPENSIVE.. I figured the third times a charm, I was wrong. Very disappointed with this last experience especially. Service was ok, seemed cleanish didnt use the restroom though... My husband and I ordered a full order of wings between the two of us assuming we would have enough and we received pitiful portions not enough to feed a child. Food was fine but not worth our time or money had to go eat elsewhere. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

Boston's in Deadwood never disappoints! Every meal we've had here has been exceptional, consistently top quality. The pizza and boneless chicken are both fantastic; the boneless chicken wings are made of pure chunks of chicken breast meat. The breading is light, which been perfect when I'm cutting carbs. They are hands down the best boneless chicken wings in the Black Hills! The restaurant is clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere and the service has always been good. The vibrant sports vibe adds to the enjoyment, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. Sitting outside by the steam makes for a great place to unwind with friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a fun ambiance off of Main Street. I'd like to thank management for increasing the portion size of the boneless chicken. Greatly appreciated.

Food was tasty but almost non existent. I ordered boneless wings and was given roughly 5 small pieces of chicken and two halves of a celery stick with a couple carrot sticks. Came hungry and left just as hungry. For 14$ that shouldn't happen. Other than that the staff was very friendly and enjoyable to be around. I've been told portions on other meals are different but I'm hesitant to try again.

We work in town all year round and stay in the hotel across the street from bostons, we usually eat at bostons 3 days a week if not more. Never really had an issue until the last few times we pulled up at 6:45, when the employees see us pull up they make it a point to go to the window where the open sign is lit up and turn off the sign. We went in to ask if they were actually closed and the host said they have been slow all day so they are closing early. I mean fair enough but you just lost business from most of our guys (crew of 20+ guys) hopefully yall can figure your issues out because it's alot easier for us to get off work and go there but if that's the attitude the employees have then we would much rather go clear across town where we are welcome.

Very good pizza and kind staff. The ambience was chill and it's definitely a relaxing way to end a night :)

The restaurant was really clean and our server was nice. We went here because it's one of the very few restaurants that serve spaghetti for a kid's meal. We all enjoyed our food, although I'd say my tomato basil soup was better than the margarita pizza I had. My son really liked his pizza but when my husband had a slice he said the sauce wasn't great. We went in mid-October and it was really quiet. If we travel to Deadwood again we'd probably go here for a meal.

Food was OK. Service was the worst I’ve had in a very long time. They were not busy at all and we had to go up to the bar twice to ask for stuff.

Horrible food and service. Should have looked at other recent reviews about this place. All tables were dirty, took 45 to get food which was totally horrible.Look at the pizza ate one slice. Employees don't seem to care at all

We ended up eating here after we could not get a table for our group downtown at any of the casino type eating establishments. This ended up being much better anyway as it was quieter so our group could visit without the background noise. Our group of 8 had a variety of menu items to include pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Our waiter was efficient and polite and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. Would be great for families as well.

When I walked in, and it smelled like baby puke, I should have turned and left. I was hungry, so I ordered a pizza to go. A frozen pizza warmed in the microwave would have been better. I don't know what spices they used, but they weren't any that I have had before, and it was nasty.

Food: Our meals were excellent, and the drinks were tasty, too. It took a while to get served as there were only 4 servers, but a plethora of bussers just standing around.Service: Our server passed near our table several times and never greeted us. When we did get a server, she was lovely, but checking in even just to say she would be back would have been nice.Atmosphere: We did ask the host which server was ours, but what he lacked in friendliness he far and away made up for in attitude. He dropped our menus and utensils on the table and walked away before we even reached our chairs. No “Enjoy your meal,” or “Thanks for coming.” Same w/ the couple who came in behind us. Not even a brief mention that it might be a few moments before our server stopped by, or even who our server was. Ditch him. He spent most of our meal at the bar whining about pretty much everything. A horrible first impression at the start of an otherwise nice evening.

We love the new look.. service was good. $23 for a super small GF pizza. Way over priced and not worth it. The French Dip sandwich is horrible..fake roast beef..no one would eat more than 1 bite. The fish is really good though.
