We went to the bar on the third floor and it was a train wreck. Jon from Bar Rescue should do an episode there. No one was trained and the only waitress was only 2 days in. Very sad and not good place to go. Customers had to teach the janitor to make a drinks.

Best Blackjack tables in town, amazing dealers, friendly, great drink service.

Great place for family and a bit more upper scale than others in town

We were on a bus tour and grabbed lunch here. The burger and salad were good as was the service. A little hard to find the restaurant once you enter as it's on the 3rd floor. Pretty cool old staircase at main entrance and bar.

Fantastic staff. I accidentally left my credit card at one of their restaurants after dining there and they made sure to get it back to me. Also the only place I’ve successfully won any money in Deadwood ?. Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

What a joke. Went to Diamond Lil, were seated and ordered. There were 2 of us. About 10-15 minutes after we sat down a party of 4 came in. They ordered and we were still waiting for our food. The table of 4 had their appetizers served before we got our sandwiches. In about 5 minutes after that the table of 4 got their meals. That was enough for us got up and paid for our drinks and left. It was awful. I wish we could give negative stars. I would avoided at all cost.

I really liked that the 3 card poker was hand shuffle. I didn't win but had a VERY FUN TIME. Not sure if the blackjack was hand shuffle or not. I can't wait to go back

Sparse menu but well prepared and presented. Good for a random restaurant choice in Deadwood

Nice staff. Food was just super dry, under flavored, and really just bad bar food. The Club was totally dry. The Tomato Basil soup & house salad were really decent. I hope to have the chance to change this review in the future.

We were on a tour bus and had a little time to explore and get lunch. It was hard to tell which place we were at since we walked up and down the street. The Midnight Star caught our attention so we went through the casino and up the elevator to grab some lunch. Just a nice touristy visit. We didn't gamble.

Not impressed at all!! Had lunch there the help was rude and the food was worst I ever had and we have traveled the country....I am sure when Kevin Costner owned it things were different. Very disappointing!! No star rating at all but had to put 1 to make this post!!!

Small, basic menu but the food is good! We enjoyed the burgers and chicken tenders. The soup was delicious too.

Easy to get a seat and the food was tasty bar food. The chicken tenders were very good and the fries were solid. I really liked the onion rings. Miscued drinks were also very tasty.
