the food is good but the chicken is dry kinda and there was hair in my gravy and sometime when we go through the drive thru it stinks but its really REALLY good when the chicken isnt dry and my gravy is hair free

The slowest service I have ever received at a restaurant. You’ll sit in the drive through line for 45 minutes or more with a line that wraps all the way around the building out to the street and this is a typical everyday occurrence with this store. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a $9+ meal, the biscuits were rock hard and the portions were meager. We contacted the supervisor and she brushed it off with an "oh well". Her name was Annie, do not recommend DQ when she is working. You will not have a pleasing experience.
