It's always a great place for delicious comfort food! A very nostalgic place with wonderful service & tasty food! Terrific lunch specials & and I hope it's around for many years to come. Plus, they have incredible homemade caramel rolls.

Authentic with great customer service. Worth the stop.As contractors popping through town, it would have been easier to find Coney Island Cafe with a more identifiable Sandwich Sign.Friendly customers.

Awesome home-cooked real food. Homemade pies. Had breakfast and lunch there in the same day. I wish there was a place like this where I live.

What a truly local place. Went here with a "local". Excellent Cooked to order breakfast. Very small restaurant. Wonderfully sassy staff. Great value

While visiting the lovely city of Huron we looked at reviews for a local breakfast place. Coney Island Cafe had good reviews, so there we went. What a terrific experience we had! We were warmly welcomed and asked what we were going to have. First time there, so had no idea, of course. Well, then we had to have the caramel cinnamon roll we were told and shown one to entice us. The enticement worked and we ordered one to split and we each ordered the breakfast sandwich. Both were amazingly delicious! We only made it through half the caramel roll and half our sandwich. The leftovers reheated perfectly and made a great breakfast the next day. If I lived there I would go every single day.

Had to change my review a bit.. Through no fault of owner, Rhona, The service is sporadic. She truly needs to find help. Daughter Kym is great, orhers not so much. So meals are not always consistent..locals actually call to see who's cooking. So, call to see days special, and if rhonda is there. Still, best breakfast and lunch diner in town.

I ate a great nicely cooked breakfast at Coney Island Cafe. I arrived about 9:30 a.m. and they were already out of their caramel rolls. I will be there earlier tomorrow. The server was cordial and efficient.
