We used to always come here and recently stopped. The service and friendliness has turned down to slim to none. The food has down graded and isn’t as fresh as it used to be. You barely see a waitress/waiter and when you do you just get a seemingly dirty look and a sigh with a roll of the eyes when they do come to take your plates. People have bad days and that’s okay! but this is consistent and we only come when we don’t go to Tokyo.

Absolutely horrible ! It's 3:10 pm on Wednesday. I cant even give them 1 star. Every single item is dried out, soggy and just disgusting. The rice is so dried out, like it's never been cooked.Don't waste your time or Money !!!!We will never be back.

The food is delicious, the staff are super friendly. The coconut chicken in the buffet is to die for!My only complaint is that the restaurant was uncomfortably warm and there aren't a lot of dessert options.Still highly recommend though!
Disappointed!! We went on Sunday April 16, 2023 at 1:30pm and the food was soggy ( cream cheese wontons, croutons for the salad, donuts we soggy and under fried) and not very warm. The egg rolls had a funny taste too. I haven’t been to this restaurant for a while and I was looking forward to the meal but me and my husband we very disappointed to say the least.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room

The place was beautiful, but some of the food tasted old, even some of the food that was freshly refilled. Waited and waited for chicken to be refilled only to be refilled with something else... but the cafeteria was in good order abd people that work there were nice!Vegetarian options: Has plenty of veggies!Kid-friendliness: Is very friendly to kids.
