They were really short staffed, but they worked hard to get my togo order ready.The food was ready on time and was hot and delicious.Didn't even have to ask for plates, etc she brought them with the food knowing most people are staying in hotels.

A little disappointed in the Pizza. Great toppings but Pizza was very dry, not enough sauce. I don't like to give bad reviews but 1 server can't do it all. She was sweet though when approached.

This place was everything we needed when we stopped. The place was getting ready to close so we thought we wouldn't have dinner last night 10/09/23, but they still took our order and 2 additional orders from other guests who paraded into the restaurant at the last minute. The Owner is a burley guy with a heart of gold. He was genuine, had no problem helping us. The place is small but holds plenty of tables, for customers to sit without being on top of each other. He was kind, generous with the mozz on the perfect pizza (Large Round, full pepperoni/ half onion) cut into small pieces for us to eat on the road. He was extremely respectful and looked very happy with his position.I will definitely be stopping back here on my next adventure into South Dakota. The restaurant is a small chic place right in the middle of a small plaza strip. It's very cozy and homey.

First time in here and we'll definitely be back ? The food is delicious and plentiful. We both had the chicken strip basket and it was yummy. The strips were fresh and big. The potato wedges were amazing! We didn't have any pizza but it looked great ? Make sure you give this place a try.

Walked into Boss' pizza & chicken in Keystone. Waited about Seven minutes before a female appeared from the back of the restaurant. The female told us that the server was on Break, and it would be about 15 more minutes before we could be served! We didn't even get an offer to be seated, or drinks or a menu, just left us standing at the door with another customer behind us! Simple Restaurant Courtesy is at Least Seat The Customer and Serve them Drinks and a menu to look at!

On a recent trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota my husband and I stumbled upon Boss's Chicken and Pizza. WHAT A FIND!!! This little unimposing place had the BEST chicken we've ever eaten! And to add to the already great experience the staff was phenomenal! Our waitress was so attentive and kind. The owner/manager walked around checking in on everyone making sure their food and service were what we expected. We did not order the pizza but other tables were singing the praises of it as well. It is centrally located on the 1880's boardwalk. Bravo to Boss Chicken and Pizza for their winning combination of excellent service AND food.
We waited, and waited, and waited to be seated. The employees looked directly at us & still .. we waited. Then we left after waiting to be seated and went to the other pizza place. And had some of the BEST pizza. So thanks for completely ignoring us.
