Worst service we've experienced all year. Very disappointing. Worst of all, management didn't care. They just went on break to avoid the unhappy and hungry customers.

Cheeseburger and fries for $14 which included lettuce, tomato and pickles, bison burgers, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, chili, subs, salads, ice cream and beverages available. Burger was pretty good and we were hungry.

I think this is a great eatery for a National Memorial. You can't go there expecting gourmet food, but I thought what I got was great for a decent price. The two workers up front were serving people quickly (along with stocking the condiments) and the workers in the back were busting their tails.

Do NOT count on gluten-free options. Very disappointing after reading comments that they had options. I was told fries were my only safe option.

Great place to stop before or after visiting Mount Rushmore. Good options to choose from, even a soup station. Prices are not crazy, and portions are good. Very nice and clean, with a fantastic view of The monument. The best part.....the icecream bar!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this eatery! Amazing views, great seating! Helpful kind staff and pretty reasonable value considering it being a historic site, our meal there was generous and cheaper than in Custer. Couldn’t recommend it enough and you must try Thomas Jefferson’s ice cream recipe!

Burger was dry and flat. Small small glass for water. Loved the two guys cleaning tables. They were very friendly and eager to engage in conversation with visitors.

One of the highlights of our trip. The staff is amazing. Loved that one of the staff members was keeping a notebook of all the places people he met were from. Such an awesome place.
